The Blue Davenport Massage, Nail Suite, and Day Spa is a full service spa offering massage, facials, chemical peels, body treatments, full service waxing, nail services, eyelash extensions, and more! Independent service professionals have come together under one roof to provide quality services and an exceptional experience. Located in the historic downtown of Rhinelander in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, our goal is to provide an atmosphere and treatment that bestows tranquility and relaxation allowing for your complete rejuvenation.

The Blue Davenport Contagion Policies

Applicable to all businesses located inside The Blue Davenport Spa.

Individual service providers may also implement protocols in conjunction with these general guidelines.

 

 

In accordance with industry standards and guidelines, the following procedures and policies have been implemented in order to keep you and your service provider safe. Please be respectful of, and patient with us, as we ensure proper disinfection of each treatment room, tools, equipment, and common area touch points between each service.

Upon Arrival – Please wait in your car

  • Your service provider will contact you when all disinfecting procedures have been completed and your provider is ready

    • Please wait in your car until you are contacted

    • Please only bring essential items - such as payment and keys

      • The lobby is closed

        • No waiting prior to, or idling after appointments, is permitted

  • A mask will be required to enter the building

    • A mask will be provided to you if you have forgotten one

    • Refusal to wear a mask will result in immediate expulsion from the building

      • You may be required to pay for your missed service

  • Refrain from shaking hands or hugging your provider

    • Practice social distancing as much as possible

  • Silence your phone and place your possessions in a plastic basket as directed by your service provider

  • Wash and disinfect your hands

    • Refrain from touching your face, hair, and mask

  • Put on mask if you are not wearing one already

  • Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer

    • If over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, your appointment will be rescheduled after you have recovered from an illness

  • You will be required to fill out a Health Information–COVID-19 Information & Liability Waiver

    • This waiver needs to be filled out every time you enter the building for a service

  • Use the bathroom, if need be, prior to your service

  • Your service provider will carry your basket with your possessions and lead you to the treatment room

    • This basket will be placed by your provider on a designated surface

      • It will be returned to you at the end of your session

  • Any intake forms will be filled out in the treatment room

  • A bottle of water will be provided to you in the treatment room

    • The beverage station is closed and no other options will be available

    • Please refrain from bringing in your own beverage containers

  • Your service provider will be washing and disinfecting all the touch points after each use

    • Please be patient with your provider while they do this

 

In Session Procedures

  • Service procedures and your service provider will look different in accordance with industry standards and guidelines associated with disinfection protocols

    • Some services may vary or will not be provided at this time

  • Talking should be limited during your session, especially during facials and waxing services where a mask is not conducive to the service

 

After Your Session

  • The checkout and scheduling process will take place in the treatment room

  • Your possessions will be returned to you

  • If you wish to purchase any product, please inform your service provider at this time

  • Utilize the hand sanitizer offered by your service provider

    • Avoid cash payments

  • Please leave the spa immediately upon completion of checkout process

    • No chatting or loitering

  • If within 14 days after you received a service, you, or someone you have had contact with is diagnosed with COVID-19, please notify your service provider or the spa immediately

 

 

In the event you feel ill and need to cancel your appointment, please notify your service provider prior to your scheduled appointment. Our 24 hour cancellation policy will be flexible enough that you will not get charged for that appointment as long as we are notified. Any missed appointment without prior notification will be responsible for the full payment of the missed service. Payment must be received prior to booking another appointment. After No Shows, payment for services will be taken at the time of booking.
