The Blue Davenport Massage, Salon, and Spa is a full service spa offering massage, salon services, nail services, eyelash extensions, and more! Independent service professionals have come together under one roof to provide quality services and an exceptional experience. Located in the historic downtown of Rhinelander in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, our goal is to provide an atmosphere and treatment that bestows tranquility and relaxation allowing for your complete rejuvenation.

The Blue Davenport Contagion Policies

Updated on 8/16/2021 in accordance with new guidelines published by the CDC and the Oneida County Health Department.

Applicable to all businesses located inside The Blue Davenport Spa.

Individual service providers may also implement protocols in conjunction with these general guidelines.

Please be respectful of, and patient with us, as we continue to modify and update our policies in order to maintain public safety to the best of our ability in compliance with industry, municipal, state, and federal guidelines.

Upon Arrival

  • Our Lobby is OPEN!

    • Our In Session/Welcome sign will be hung on the door to indicate if the door is locked or not.

      • In Session = locked door due to private sessions currently in progress, someone will be with you as soon as possible.

      • ​Welcome = our door is unlocked, please come in and enjoy our spa!​

  • A mask will be required to enter the building

    • The Oneida County Health Department has increased our COVID threat level and has requested everyone wear a mask while indoors.

    • A mask will be provided to you if you have forgotten one.

    • Failure to respectfully wear a mask will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

      • Depending on the policies of your service provider you may be required to pay for your missed service.

    • If you are receiving a nail service, Kim will text or call you when she is ready.

    • If you are receiving a service by Amber, please continue to text or call her when you arrive.

    • Our beverage station is open for self-service coffees, teas, specialty drinks, and water.

    • One health waiver will need to be signed and will be valid until December, 31st 2022.

    • Any intake forms will be filled out in the lobby while you wait for your provider.

    • Our service providers will continue to wash and disinfect equipment per our industry standards and personal policies.

      • Please be patient with your provider while they do this.​

 

In Session Procedures

  • Each service provider may have differing policies based on their professional protocols and personal policies.

 

After Your Session

  • The checkout and scheduling process may take place in the treatment room or at the front desk.

    • Please be mindful of other clients receiving services and maintain a quiet atmosphere.

  • If you wish to purchase any product, please inform the proper retailer of that particular product.

    • The businesses located inside The Blue Davenport are all their own entities.

    • our current service provider may not have the time to sell you retail.

  • If within 14 days after you received a service, you, or someone you have had contact with is diagnosed with COVID-19, please notify your service provider or the spa immediately.

 

 

In the event you feel ill and need to cancel your appointment,

please notify your service provider prior to your scheduled appointment.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy will be flexible enough that you will not be charged for that appointment as long as we are notified. Any missed appointment without prior notification will be responsible for the full payment of the missed service. Payment must be received prior to booking another appointment. After 3 No Shows, payment for services will be taken at the time of booking. Each service provider have their own policies and procedures.
